Your WOA is pleased to announce the 2024 WOA Spring Seminar will be held April 18-19 at the Marriott Madison West in Middleton. The education will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 18th and will run until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19th. We are expecting a great turn out in the exhibit hall with over 40 companies attending. These companies are excited to come to Middleton to show their support of our profession as well as demonstrate their latest products and new ideas. Industry support of WOA events is extremely important to the success of the association!

EDUCATION:

This year's event offers 14 hours of Wisconsin OEB approved (COPE-approval pending) quality continuing education presented by a great line up of speakers including WOA Favorite Dr. Mark Dunbar from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami and new to WOA Dr. Jessilin Quint from Smart Eye Care in Maine.

 

The event boasts a diverse list of content topics selected to assist Wisconsin Doctors of Optometry in providing their patients the most cutting edge care and treatments. The full course schedule is listed below.

The early bird registration deadline is March 22, 2024, and the regular registration deadline is April 9, 2024. You may choose either full or partial registration, but please note that you must still select all courses/events you plan to attend on your registration form.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

The WOA has a block of rooms reserved for Wednesday and Thursday evening. The discounted group rate is $137, plus taxes per night for a standard room. Reservations must be made through the hotel online portal: ONLINE RESERVATIONS.

 

The room block is open until March 27, 2024, but once the block sells out the contracted rate is not guaranteed. Early reservations are strongly suggested.
